Step 1 — Flat Fee Retainer You come to us with a project. We charge a flat fee to dig in, understand the site, review the requirements, and figure out exactly what needs to happen. No hourly clock running in the background. Just a fixed cost to get started.

Step 2 — Scoped Terms of Reference We deliver a clear terms of reference that lays out the full scope of work. You’ll know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and what the deliverables look like — before a single dollar more is spent.

Step 3 — Full Fee Estimate Based on that scope, we give you a complete project fee. Data collection included. No hidden costs. And we credit your initial retainer toward the total, so nothing is wasted.

Step 4 — Analysis & Delivery We get to work. Tightly scoped. Accurately executed. On time. We deliver the analysis and reports you need to move your project forward.

Step 5 — Submission & Support We submit our work and we stand behind it — 100%. If a review comes back with comments, revisions, or resubmission requests, we’re right there with you. We work with with our clients to get them what they need.
