We’re a 100% employee owned, local, full-service traffic engineering consultancy located in Mississauga. With over a decade of experience helping with municipal projects, development permits, traffic impact assessments, signal warrants, parking studies, we love helping our clients get things built. We stick to our specialization in traffic engineering and we do it well.

Why Us

We started this firm because we think traffic / transportation engineering should be more common sense and straightforward. You should know what you’re getting, what it costs, and get a transportation network that moves people and goods safely and efficiently.

We believe in a Canadian transportation network that is highly contextualized for the profile of road users in mind. Your local streets should be safe for your kids to play in, commercial roads convenient for daisy-chaining trips, loading bays easy to get into and highways moving freely. There’s no one size fits all and that’s where our expertise comes in. Nor should it cost you an arm and leg to build. Oh, and road infrastructure really isn’t rocket science. We (humans) have put a rover on Mars - it should be way quicker to develop land responsibly in Canada.

How We Work

Our process is simple, predictable, and designed to respect your budget.

Step 1 — Flat Fee Retainer You come to us with a project. We charge a flat fee to dig in, understand the site, review the requirements, and figure out exactly what needs to happen. No hourly clock running in the background. Just a fixed cost to get started.

Step 2 — Scoped Terms of Reference We deliver a clear terms of reference that lays out the full scope of work. You’ll know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and what the deliverables look like before a single dollar more is spent.

Step 3 — Full Fee Estimate Based on that scope, we give you a complete project fee. Data collection, field visits and meetings are always included. No hidden costs. And, we credit your initial retainer toward the total, so nothing is wasted.

Step 4 — Analysis & Delivery We get to work with a tightly scoped, accurately executed analysis. We understand construction delays lead to waterfall costs for our clients. We deliver the analysis and reports you need to move your project forward on time and remain available to talk about any future changes. All projects are delivered by a dedicated project manager who is fully versed on your file and there with you all the way.

Step 5 — Submission & Support We submit our work and we stand behind it. If a review comes back with comments, revisions, or resubmission requests, we’re right there with you. We work with with our clients to get them what they need.

How We Price Our Work

We know that development fees have never been higher. Land costs are up. Construction costs are up. The last thing you need is an open-ended engineering invoice that keeps climbing.

So we want you to know exactly what you’ll be paying. Upfront. Every time.

We include all data collection costs in our pricing — turning movement counts, speed studies, volume data, all of it.
